Since the beginning of quarantine, I’ve volunteered my copy skills to Ad Relief of Greater Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization created to support the advertising professionals of LA in times of crisis. Ad Relief brings the ad community together through fundraisers, networking mixers, and advocacy, but this year, we had to get a little more creative.
After COVID-19 canceled every event on the calendar, the creative team had to come up with a way to keep the good vibes going. With uplifting messages, engaging questions, and fun activities, we’re helping our audience stay connected and supported, even if we can’t see them in person.
Most of our upcoming projects are still in the works, but we’re looking forward to hosting virtual events, ad competitions, and so much more!
